Prerequisites

Tools > Settings > KeeShare

• Allow import

• Allow export

Add Existing Database

Suppose you have a database called meins and want to synchronize the gaming database.

1. In meins create group gaming

2. Edit group gaming, select KeeShare

   • Type: Import

   • Path: …

   • Password: …

3. Wait for Entries to become available in the gaming group

4. Edit group gaming again, select KeeShare

   • Type: Synchronize

If you start with “Type: Synchronize”, Keepass complains that the file exists. That’s why we import first and switch to synchronize later on.
